Refunds

If ThreatMapper Pro isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Pro is a prepaid period, not an auto-renewing trap: when your period ends you simply drop back to Free unless you renew. To cancel a renewal or request account deletion, email us any time.
